Lustrous Cleaning Services has also expanded across different cities in the United States. The company is managed by Owner/CEO Jessica Castro, who ensures that we deliver exceptional value, service, and professionalism to all our clients across the country. To prioritize safety and peace of mind, we conduct thorough criminal background checks on all employees and require them to complete an extensive training course, complemented by weekly training sessions. Additionally, we created and utilize dedicated apps that connect employees to both our management team and to each other, as well as a client app that allows for scheduling, payments, and communication 24/7— all at your fingertips. This system enables us to closely monitor employee performance and gather client feedback, enhancing our services and providing greater value to all our clients nationwide. |
